   ICGS Akshay commissioned 27 June 2026 at Goa Shipyard Limited, Goa. Fast patrol vessel, 52 m long, displacement 320 tonnes, armed with a 30mm gun and two 12.7mm guns. Designed and built by Goa Shipyard Limited.

   Coast Guard inducts ICGS Samudra Pratap, its largest ship⁴⁵⁶

   The Indian Coast Guard commissioned ICGS Samudra Pratap at Goa on 5 January 2026. It is the first indigenously designed and built pollution control vessel and measures 114.5 m.

   • Commissioned 5 January 2026 by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh at Goa (not 23 December 2025)
   • Built by Goa Shipyard Limited, first of two pollution control vessels
   • Length 114.5 m
   • First indigenously designed and built pollution control vessel for the Coast Guard
