   India unveils SHANTI vision as it launches UNSC 2028-29 campaign³⁴

   At the launch of India's UNSC 2028-29 campaign in New York on 13 July 2026, Jaishankar unveiled the SHANTI vision (Securing Holistic Advancement through Norms, Trust and Integrity), with maritime security among the priorities.

   • SHANTI (Securing Holistic Advancement through Norms, Trust and Integrity) was unveiled by EAM Jaishankar at the launch of India's UNSC 2028-29 campaign in New York
   • Reported priorities include maritime security and seafarers' safety, Global South voice, reformed multilateralism and counter-terror financing
